Full-Stack Developer – JavaScript/TypeScript (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full-time, remote basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality JavaScript/TypeScript applications that support the training and optimisation of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimisation.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with defined criteria.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts, including creation and upkeep of high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full-stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills with Node.js and familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Experience with modern front-end libraries or frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
