Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, as well as evaluating model performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct benchmark evaluations of model performance and analyze results.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains according to predefined criteria.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and upkeep of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong background with Node.js and familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Experience building front‑end applications with React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
