Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client that is a global leader in AI technology. The Full‑Stack Developer will work remotely on designing, developing and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
