Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client, seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to work remotely on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creating and maintaining high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
