Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a remote, full‑time basis. You will design, develop and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimises AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for training and optimisation of AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong background with Node.js and the Nest.js framework.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable and maintainable code.
