Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a remote, full‑time basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality JavaScript/TypeScript code that powers AI model training and optimization, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries and create detailed rationales for evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including building and curating task‑specific datasets.
• Work closely with product and research teams to integrate enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
