Full Stack Engineer – Core Systems & Automated Infrastructure

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a highly skilled, product‑focused Full‑Stack Engineer to join its distributed engineering team. Operating remotely from anywhere in the UAE, you will own end‑to‑end development of critical platform components, from high‑conversion web front‑ends to high‑throughput backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy full‑stack web applications using modern asynchronous patterns.
• Develop and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs for the core HR platform.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into modular, high‑performance front‑end code.
• Structure, optimise and maintain relational and non‑relational database schemas.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and system monitoring to ensure high availability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience delivering B2B SaaS, fintech or similar web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python (or equivalent asynchronous frameworks).
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
