Full Stack Engineer – Remote (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join a global AI leader on a fully remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes cutting‑edge AI models, contributing directly to innovative solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with solid experience in full‑stack development.
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, and Angular.
• Background in developing and deploying AI models, focusing on optimization and performance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
