Full Stack Engineer – Remote (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Full Stack Engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimises AI models. You will join a global AI leader, collaborating with researchers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge commercial and research solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code for AI model training and optimisation.
• Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with solid full‑stack development experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI‑related solutions, focusing on model optimisation and performance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
