Full-Stack Marketing & Media Producer

About the role

P4ML is looking for a dynamic Full‑Stack Marketing & Media Producer to own and elevate its digital and visual presence across the Middle East. You will act as the agency, creating landing pages, podcasts, social content, and event visuals in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain activation‑specific landing pages, microsites and digital hubs using Webflow, WordPress or Squarespace.
• Develop and publish end‑to‑end content strategies for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage the full lifecycle of audio/video podcasts, from studio setup to editing and publishing.
• Capture high‑quality B‑roll, event highlights and speaker sessions as the primary on‑site photographer/videographer.
• Create rapid‑turnaround graphics, speaker cards and social templates with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• A strong, verifiable portfolio or showreel demonstrating web design, video editing, photography and social media work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content production or media, preferably in events, sports, wellness or lifestyle within the UAE.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Canva/Adobe Illustrator, basic web builders and podcasting tools (Rodecaster, Descript, Adobe Audition).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications or a related field (fully attested).
• Highly autonomous, resource‑ful and able to deliver premium work under tight, live‑event deadlines.
