Full Stack PHP Developer (Laravel & Vue/React)

About the role

EpicMetry is looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer to join its Dubai team. You will build and maintain dynamic web applications, ensuring they are robust, secure and scalable while working closely with front‑end designers and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel/Symfony and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and front‑end teams to create user‑friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
• Ensure application performance, security and scalability, including deployment on AWS infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and follow best coding practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony).
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (Vue.js or React).
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
