Full Stack Software Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Full Stack Software Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications for a leading AI training and evaluation provider. No prior AI experience is required; your software expertise will directly influence how AI models learn and perform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing codebases to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

Required profile

• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js with full‑stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including clean code, testing, and version control.
• Experience designing and optimising scalable back‑end systems and APIs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.
