Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to build high‑scale software in an AI‑first engineering environment focused on transforming complex global work compliance into automated technology. You will join an autonomous engineering team where developers work closely with Product to shape what gets built, rather than simply executing tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Own product development within an autonomous engineering team, collaborating closely with Product Managers to define priorities and solutions.
• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and Angular and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Use AI‑powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Critically review AI‑generated code, validating functionality, architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of software delivery, from system design and implementation through cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Apply modern application security practices and proactively identify vulnerabilities and potential threats across applications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong exposure to full‑stack development.
• Professional experience with object‑oriented backend development, particularly Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI coding assistants or a strong interest in adopting agentic development workflows.
• Ability to critically review AI‑generated code and distinguish robust, production‑ready solutions.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and modern application security principles.
