FWA Manager

About the role

The FWA Manager will lead ADNOC’s Project Assurance activities for upstream and DM&T projects, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic capital projects across the Group. This role is responsible for defining, monitoring and guiding the annual Project Assurance programme and maintaining the Group PMC Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ADNOC’s project assurance activities for upstream and DM&T projects.
• Collate, review and report the status of Project Assurance initiatives.
• Define, develop, monitor and guide the annual Project Assurance programme across GP&E verticals.
• Develop and maintain the Group Project Assurance programme and PMC Framework.
• Design a PMC benchmarking system to report on framework health and consultant performance quarterly.
• Analyse, update and improve the assurance system annually and roll out changes across ADNOC companies.
• Support annual Project Health Checks, Cost Optimisation, CESAR, Project Execution and Contracting Strategy reviews.
• Provide technical advice on the Group PMC framework and supervise related activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project assurance for upstream and DM&T projects.
• Proven ability to develop and monitor large‑scale assurance programmes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in performance benchmarking.
• Experience working with PMC consultants and key personnel within an oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and guide governance processes.
