About the role
A financial/FX broker based in Dubai is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Retention Agent to grow and retain a portfolio of trading clients.
Key responsibilities
- Promote FX and CFD products to new and existing clients.
- Build long‑term relationships to drive retention and account growth.
- Convert leads into active, loyal traders and increase upsell and cross‑sell.
- Deliver high‑level service across the client lifecycle and stay current on markets and product updates.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written.
- Previous FX/CFD industry experience (mandatory) with retention experience within a broker.
- Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Experience managing client portfolios and good CRM skills.
Required skills
- Mandarin language proficiency.
- FX and CFD product knowledge.
- CRM systems.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.

- USD 3,000–4,000 net per month plus uncapped commission.
