About the role

A financial/FX broker based in Dubai is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Retention Agent to grow and retain a portfolio of trading clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote FX and CFD products to new and existing clients.
  • Build long‑term relationships to drive retention and account growth.
  • Convert leads into active, loyal traders and increase upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Deliver high‑level service across the client lifecycle and stay current on markets and product updates.

Required profile

  • Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written.
  • Previous FX/CFD industry experience (mandatory) with retention experience within a broker.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Experience managing client portfolios and good CRM skills.

Required skills

  • Mandarin language proficiency.
  • FX and CFD product knowledge.
  • CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.

What we offer

  • USD 3,000–4,000 net per month plus uncapped commission.
  • Full relocation package to Dubai, including flight tickets.
