Gaming Systems & IT Specialist

About the role

A confidential organization is looking for an experienced IT & Gaming Systems Specialist to support the technology needs of a private household in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing high‑end gaming PCs, network infrastructure, servers, Wi‑Fi, and digital entertainment platforms with a focus on performance, security and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain and optimise high‑performance gaming PCs, including benchmarking, thermal management and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain LAN and Wi‑Fi mesh networks, monitor latency, bandwidth and QoS, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage home/estate IT infrastructure, including VPNs, firmware updates, backups and security solutions.
• Support digital entertainment and media systems, keeping accurate records of equipment, warranties and configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with IT, gaming systems or computer hardware.
• Strong knowledge of high‑end gaming platforms, Windows and Microsoft environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to work in a private household/VVIP setting and respond to technical needs outside standard hours.
