About the role
Join the Hilton Hotels team as a General Accountant, supporting timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, flag outstanding items, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Schedule and execute payments to vendors accordingling to agreed terms while supporting cash flow needs.
- Update accounts payable systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including accruals and invoice tracking.
- Respond promptly to vendor and internal inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Entry‑level candidate with a willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.
