About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee on‑site activities for a high‑profile client in the energy sector. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site resources.
• Monitor progress, report status and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Lead Construction Superintendent on large, complex projects.
• Experience in the oil, gas and new energies sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, health‑and‑safety regulations and quality control.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
