General Foodservice Manager

About the role

Almarai, the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and the region's largest food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, is seeking an experienced General Foodservice Manager in Dubai. The role leads the execution of the regional Foodservices strategy and delivers sustainable sales and profitability growth. It covers developing regional business plans, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage and leading Regional Territory Managers and their teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional Foodservices sales, margin and profitability.
• Develop and execute regional growth and expansion plans.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Territory Managers and their teams.
• Strengthen key customer relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Drive sales forecasting, product planning and market execution.
• Use performance and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage credit, collections, trade investment and channel assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of the Foodservices strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Foodservice / HORECA Sales / FMCG Sales / Distributor Sales.
• Proven track record managing regional foodservice operations and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated capability in customer development, commercial planning and product portfolio management.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly according to business requirements.
