About the role
Join Emaar’s hospitality team in Fujairah as a General Housekeeper. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order across rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, corridors, lifts, and public spaces.
- Ensure rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s 5‑star cleanliness standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering timely service and resolving issues.
- Communicate proactively with team members to coordinate service delivery.
- Prevent complaints by anticipating guest needs and executing service recovery when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English.
