General Manager - Butler Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is seeking a General Manager of Estates & Suites Enclave (Butler Services). The role leads the guest experience and operations of Enclave, a resort-within-a-resort covering 92 accommodations (66 Salon Suites, 20 Estates, 2 Apartments and 4 Townhomes) and full Butler Services, working closely with Food & Beverage, Gaming, Private Access and other resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Enclave and Butler Services, overseeing the experience across all accommodation types
• Partner with Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership on bespoke private dining and signature luxury experiences
• Build partnerships with Gaming, Private Access and resort departments for seamless guest arrival, stay and departure
• Lead recruitment, development, coaching and succession planning of the Enclave and Butler Services teams
• Maintain quality standards in service delivery, team presentation and residence readiness, driving guest satisfaction
• Own budgets, revenue, expenditure and workforce planning, driving profitability and operational efficiency
• Foster an engaged, inclusive team culture and monitor the luxury hospitality market for improvement opportunities

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, with current or recent experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a boutique luxury resort or hotel
• Strong luxury Food & Beverage background is essential
• Experience leading Butler Services, private residences or villa operations is highly desirable; integrated resort experience with Gaming and Private Access is preferred
• Proven leadership in developing, coaching and inspiring teams
• Multilingual capability required; Mandarin and Arabic preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, grooming and etiquette
