About the role
Fresha is seeking a General Manager to lead its Commercial operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive performance and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑scaling tech business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing Business Development and Account Management team for the MEA region.
- Establish an elite sales culture based on ownership, accountability and results.
- Design and scale the commercial team structure, including hiring, managing managers and implementing performance frameworks.
- Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for MEA, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Implement operating rhythms, clear accountability measures and team rituals to drive motivation and consistency.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in commercial or sales roles, preferably within a technology‑enabled services business.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
- Track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams in a fast‑growth environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with C‑level executives.
