General Manager – Dubai (Construction & Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Dubai operations for DiseñoStairs, a specialist staircase design and installation firm. The role combines sales leadership, client relationship management and coordination of technical teams to deliver premium staircases across residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from inquiry, site assessment, proposal, negotiation to contract signing.
• Develop and nurture relationships with developers, architects, interior designers and fit‑out contractors throughout the UAE.
• Prepare customised quotes, presentations and follow‑ups that showcase product value.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and surveys with the technical team, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Act as the central liaison between clients and production/installation teams, monitoring timelines and communications.
• Represent DiseñoStairs at industry events, showrooms and client meetings, maintaining brand standards.
• Report sales performance, pipeline status and market insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development or client‑facing management, preferably within construction, fit‑out or interiors.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; existing UAE network is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
