General Manager

About the role

Joint Space is seeking a General Manager to lead clinic operations, overseeing practitioner schedules, patient journeys, front‑of‑house activities, supplier relations, and weekly rhythms. The role also carries responsibility for financial performance, including monthly accounts, budgeting, cash flow, conversion and rebooking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, practitioner utilisation and patient flow from enquiry to discharge.
• Oversee reception, front‑of‑house staff and supplier coordination.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements with the accountant.
• Control the clinic budget, cash management, conversion rates and rebooking targets.
• Report operational performance to the CEO while clinical standards are set by the Clinical and Medical Directors.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a healthcare operation in the UAE or Gulf, preferably multidisciplinary.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing operational excellence with measurable business results.
• Background can be clinical or commercial, but must include site‑budget management.
• Knowledge of DHA licensing requirements.
• Comfortable handling both operational details and financial analysis.
