About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a flagship nightlife venue in Dubai. The role involves shaping a world‑class entertainment concept and delivering premium experiences to an international VIP clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day venue operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop and launch premium entertainment concepts that differentiate the venue.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and profitability targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP guests and high‑profile partners.
• Lead, coach, and inspire department heads and their teams.
• Ensure the delivery of world‑class guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in luxury nightlife or high‑end hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• International mindset with the ability to serve a diverse, global clientele.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth.
