General Manager – Mediterranean Restaurant & Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of a new Mediterranean restaurant and beach club in Ras Al Khaimah. This venue will blend dining, beachside hospitality, entertainment, and a vibrant lifestyle atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑opening activities and ensure operational readiness across all areas.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, forecasting, P&L, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Recruit, coach, and develop front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and build relationships with guests, VIP clientele, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events on launch activities, events, activations, and partnerships.
• Monitor guest feedback and key performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, licensing, and legal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality venue.
• Strong background in beach clubs, lifestyle venues, or high‑volume premium restaurants.
• Experience with Mediterranean concepts is highly preferred.
• Pre‑opening experience is a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality market is beneficial.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
