General Manager - Multidisciplinary Clinic

About the role

Joint Space Polyclinic, a multidisciplinary healthcare facility on Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its business strategy and operational management. The role works closely with the CEO, medical practitioners and the wider team to improve efficiency, strengthen financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance and enhance the patient experience. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall business operations and daily management of the clinic.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, resource allocation and operational expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
• Lead teams, streamline workflows and improve daily clinic processes.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and implement measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners and management teams to support business growth.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf region, preferably a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Strong understanding of clinic management, healthcare service delivery and operational planning.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, resource management and business performance improvement.
• Practical knowledge of DHA requirements and healthcare compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes and manage organisational change.
• Core competencies: leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making and organisation.
