General Manager - Multidisciplinary Polyclinic

About the role

Joint Space Polyclinic is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the business and operational development of its multidisciplinary clinic in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. The role suits a healthcare management professional who can combine strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence, working closely with the CEO, practitioners and the wider team to improve clinic operations, manage business performance and enhance the patient and team experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall business and operational management of the clinic.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial planning and operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including DHA requirements.
• Lead teams and improve daily processes across clinic operations.
• Monitor business performance and implement improvements with measurable results.
• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners and management teams to support clinic growth.
• Maintain a high-quality patient experience and efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf region, preferably a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Proven track record of implementing improvements within a healthcare business.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage both strategic objectives and day-to-day operational details.
