Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to lead high‑budget search, shopping and Performance Max campaigns across multiple international markets. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy and structure to optimization and reporting, driving revenue growth and user acquisition for an ecommerce‑focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns with full revenue ownership.
• Build campaign structures for new product launches and market expansions.
• Continuously test, create ads, adjust bids, refine audiences, and monitor performance.
• Conduct keyword research and product‑feed analysis to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align paid acquisition with business goals.
• Leverage automation and AI‑powered tools to increase execution speed and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, focused on ecommerce performance marketing.
• Proven expertise with Google Shopping and Performance Max, handling catalogs of 10,000+ SKUs.
• Experience managing multi‑regional accounts with daily budgets over $20,000.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable with large datasets and performance forecasting.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
