About the role
WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Building Enclosures Digital team in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, BIM, computational design and data‑driven delivery, offering hands‑on experience on live projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of BIM and digital delivery workflows across building enclosure design.
- Contribute to computational design and geometry‑driven processes using Rhino and Grasshopper.
- Assist in automating design, analysis, coordination and documentation workflows.
- Participate in digital innovation initiatives, including AI and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and multidisciplinary teams to improve project outcomes.
Required profile
- A degree in Architecture or a related built‑environment discipline.
- Good understanding of Revit and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity for new technologies.
