Graduate Civil Engineer – Roads and Highways (Emirati National)

About the role

WSP is looking for a motivated Emirati graduate to join its Middle East team as a Civil Engineer focused on roads and highways. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on innovative, sustainable transportation projects across the region while developing professional expertise alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of road and highway infrastructure.
• Support the preparation of design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project compliance with local standards and sustainability goals.
• Participate in site visits, surveys, and field inspections as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the department.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a recent degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong academic background in transportation, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in road and highway design.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
