About the role

Join e&'s NAFIS Programme, a UAE‑wide graduate development initiative designed to fast‑track recent graduates and early‑career professionals into leadership roles across the private sector. Participants rotate through multiple functional tracks, gaining hands‑on experience in e& offices throughout the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments in Sales, Technology, Business, Operations, or Customer Service.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on real‑world projects that support e&'s strategic objectives.
• Participate in structured learning modules delivered by top educational partners.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and emerging‑technology pilots.
• Build a professional network across e&'s diverse business units.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high‑school diploma or a bachelor’s degree accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education (any major).
• Recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
