Graduate Management Trainee – Tomouh Program 2026

About the role

The Tomouh Program is a one‑year intensive management trainee initiative designed to fast‑track fresh Emirati graduates into managerial positions within United Arab Bank. Participants will receive structured training in collaboration with the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies and will be placed in bank departments that match their academic background and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in all assigned courses and achieve high performance in examinations.
• Learn and familiarize yourself with role‑specific objectives and daily activities.
• Compile analytical reports and deliver insightful presentations to team members.
• Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance bank operations.
• Understand and contribute to the daily processes and strategic goals of various departments.
• Research and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce risks.
• Execute all functions in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate promptly on operational, risk, fraud, and AML issues with relevant parties.
• Demonstrate UAB’s core values of Integrity, Customer Focus, Competence, Consistency, and Courteousness.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• No banking sector employment in the past year.
• Strong commitment to a career in banking and rapid progression to managerial roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Motivated to ascend quickly within the financial industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
