Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Emirati National

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking an ambitious Emirati National graduate to join its Building Services team in Sharjah (or Abu Dhabi). The role offers hands‑on experience on high‑profile projects, working alongside multidisciplinary engineers to deliver sustainable design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with calculations, data analysis and documentation preparation.
• Assist in project coordination, attend meetings and contribute to progress updates.
• Develop and review drawings, 3‑D models and technical reports under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate project information professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (high GPA preferred).
• Internship or practical experience in MEP/Building Services or a related discipline.
• Emirati National with a valid family book.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn, grow and work in a collaborative environment.
