Graduate Sales Associate

About the role

Bayobab FibreCo CAR is looking for a Graduate Sales Associate in Dubai. The graduate will support the sales team in reaching sales targets, carry out market research, find new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships. The role also involves preparing sales presentations, attending sales meetings and taking part in sales training.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Help develop commercial proposals, presentations and client pitches
• Carry out market research to analyse trends and competitor activity
• Help manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights

Required profile

• Minimum 3-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Newly qualified sales graduate
• Proactive attitude and interest in sales and commercial strategy
• Fluent French (written and spoken); working knowledge of English is an advantage

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
