Graduate Software Engineer – Java (2027 Programme)

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme offers ambitious new graduates a 12‑month fast‑track into fintech engineering. As a Graduate Software Engineer you will join the Technology team, own the full lifecycle of Java‑based features and work on both greenfield and existing micro‑services that power millions of daily transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product owners to design, build and ship Java APIs and micro‑services.
• Develop, test and maintain high‑performance services using Java 17/21 and related frameworks.
• Optimize systems for risk management, fraud detection and payment processing.
• Participate in code reviews, TDD practices and continuous integration pipelines.
• Contribute to greenfield projects and enhance existing platforms across multiple tech stacks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026‑2027) with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE or the UK) and work on‑site several days a week.
