Graduate Trainee - Qatari National (Insurance)

About the role

A leading multinational insurance organization based in Doha is recruiting Qatari national graduates through its Graduate Program. The role offers hands-on exposure across diverse functions from day one, with the aim of helping motivated graduates grow into future leaders within a globally connected organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the assessment and independent review of risks across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries
• Assist in designing and preparing tailored insurance solutions for local and international clients
• Engage and collaborate with brokers, clients and global colleagues across the company's international network
• Contribute to cross-functional and strategic projects that drive business growth
• Take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Build professional relationships and understand the end-to-end insurance value chain

Required profile

• Qatari nationality is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Risk Management or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic record
• Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in teams
• Based in Doha or willing to work onsite in Doha
