Senior Graphic Designer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join AECOM’s creative team in Dubai. You will craft compelling visual solutions across digital and print media, supporting a wide range of infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution of design projects from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into high‑quality visual assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines for client and internal initiatives.
• Create digital content for websites, social media, mobile apps and motion graphics for video presentations.
• Design print collateral such as brochures, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Mentor junior designers and provide art direction to ensure consistent quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work within budget constraints.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and UI design principles.
• Knowledge of brand identity development and print production processes.
