About the role
Join SC Ventures' Graduate Programme designed for UAE nationals. Over 12 months you will gain hands‑on experience across design and innovation, marketing and communications, or finance workstreams, contributing to real business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Work within an assigned workstream to design, deliver and scale initiatives that foster intrapreneurship and innovation.
- Develop business‑centric communications, support venture‑building teams, or conduct market research and financial analysis depending on the chosen stream.
Required profile
- Final year student or recent graduate from any discipline.
- Demonstrates ownership, critical thinking, curiosity and the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
