Graphic Designer for Real Estate Brand

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to translate ambitious ideas into high‑impact visuals for a flagship real‑estate brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work on brand, digital, and print projects that support the company’s growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand assets for campaigns across social media, web, email, out‑of‑home, print, presentations, sales kits, and site signage.
• Develop and maintain visual identities for master‑brands and sub‑brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design brochures, floor‑plan sheets, project lookbooks, hoardings, launch materials, event collateral, and way‑finding graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, development, and 3D/CGI teams to align visuals with project narratives and render outputs.
• Adapt creative for performance channels, localisation, and prepare press‑ready files with production specifications.
• Manage multiple briefs and tight timelines while upholding quality‑assurance standards from concept to final delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of design experience, preferably in real‑estate, property marketing, hospitality, or an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign rollouts, premium print, and digital/social storytelling.
• Detail‑driven, organized, and able to manage stakeholders and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Bonus proficiency: After Effects, Premiere, Figma.
• Strong typographic craft, layout precision, colour management, and pre‑press knowledge.
• Basic motion‑graphics and 3D awareness are a plus.
