Graphic Designer (Fragrance Division)

About the role

IFF’s Fine Fragrance division is expanding rapidly and seeks a passionate Graphic Designer to join the team in Dubai or Singapore. You will act as a Creative Director, shaping visual concepts, campaigns, packaging and collateral that bring IFF fragrances to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, motion graphics, ads, social content and in‑store displays.
• Design packaging mock‑ups and label graphics for luxury fragrance products.
• Create compelling presentations and collateral to support customer interactions.
• Source, design and produce promotional materials and gifts.
• Conceptualise and execute creative experiences for customer innovation days.
• Research and report on the latest trends in campaigns, packaging, colors, etc.
• Support the marketing team on brand, category and trend‑related projects.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing work in the beauty or luxury sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
• Keen eye for detail and solid understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in art, design and the fragrance industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
