Graphic Designer – Hybrid (Dubai or Netherlands)

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing circular‑tech ecosystem. The role is hybrid, based in Dubai or the Netherlands, and involves creating premium brand assets across events, retail, marketing and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design event branding and collateral end‑to‑end, including booth graphics, stage signage, decks, sponsor packages, programmes and digital promotion for the 2026 event portfolio.
• Create marketing and retail assets for Mobi hub such as product listings, campaign creative, banners and packaging touchpoints.
• Produce social‑first content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, including thumbnails, clip graphics and templates for the Circular Tech Show.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and reusable templates to ensure consistent, fast output across entities.
• Support sales and partnership teams with polished pitch decks, one‑pagers and sponsorship documents.
• Turn rough briefs into finished work, managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal back‑and‑forth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in‑house or in a fast‑paced agency/events environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, marketing campaigns and digital/social design.
• Fluent English and ability to work across Dubai and European time zones.
• Self‑directed, organised and capable of juggling multiple brands and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
