Graphic Designer – Marketing & Bidding Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Graphic Designer to join our Winning Team, supporting Marketing, Business Development and Bidding functions. You will own the visual quality of all output – from digital campaigns and social content to bid submissions and award entries – ensuring a compelling, professional and brand‑consistent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality digital and print marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, LinkedIn adverts and promotional materials.
• Create engaging visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and internal communications, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop infographics, icons, diagrams, charts, maps and timelines to communicate technical and marketing information.
• Produce report layouts, project sheets and other corporate communication materials.
• Support corporate branding, event graphics, exhibition displays and signage.
• Source, edit and retouch images; create illustrations as needed.
• Capture professional photographs and videos of events, staff, corporate portraits and project sites; edit and enhance media assets.
• Maintain and organise the digital image and video library for easy access.
• Design visually compelling bids, proposals, presentations and pitch materials, including bespoke graphics such as organisation charts and methodology diagrams.
• Develop and maintain document templates and a library of reusable graphics; produce capability statements for business development.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven ability to lead creative standards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across marketing, branding and bid documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, business development and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for photography and video capture when required.
