Graphic Designer (Mid‑Level, Hospitality)

About the role

Al Safadi Hospitality is seeking a detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with 3‑5 years of experience to join its creative team. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will shape visual communication for a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑quality design solutions across branding, packaging, retail, print, and digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying brand guidelines to all touchpoints.
• Create and adapt packaging dielines, finalize artwork, and prepare production‑ready files for commercial printing and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house hospitality/F&B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, print, and digital work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (advantage).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT (advantage).
