Group CEO - High-End Real Estate & Development

About the role

AHS Properties, an ultra-luxury real estate developer based in Dubai focused on high-end residential developments for UHNWIs, is looking for a commercially driven Group CEO to lead the company into accelerated growth and global expansion. The CEO sets strategic direction, drives revenue growth, improves operational excellence and strengthens the company's position as a leader in the ultra-luxury segment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision, growth strategy and expansion roadmap, and identify new market opportunities in the UAE and international luxury markets
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and investment initiatives
• Drive sales performance across the ultra-luxury residential portfolio and develop global client acquisition strategies for UHNW investors
• Strengthen relationships with key brokers, wealth advisors and private banks
• Oversee the full real estate lifecycle (land acquisition, design, development, sales and delivery) and ensure projects meet ultra-luxury standards, timelines and profitability targets
• Manage the overall P&L, cash flow and capital allocation, and report to shareholders and the board
• Elevate the brand locally and globally, representing the company at international forums, investor meetings and industry events
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of excellence, innovation and accountability

Required profile

• 15-20+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, investment or luxury real estate
• Proven track record as CEO, Managing Director or Executive Director
• Experience managing high-value luxury or ultra-luxury developments
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving profitability
• Strong exposure to the Dubai or GCC real estate market (highly preferred)
• Preferred: experience with branded residences, exposure to Europe, UK, US or other prime luxury hubs, and an MBA or advanced degree
