Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO)

About the role

We are looking for an agile, hands‑on Group Chief Human Resources Officer to join our executive team at the global headquarters in Business Bay, Dubai. The role will lead the design and scaling of a unified HR framework across our multi‑continental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, design and implement a centralized global HR operating model managed from the Dubai headquarters.
• Standardise recruitment, vetting and compliance pipelines for cross‑border talent mobility.
• Deploy a unified HRIS and automated lifecycle management tools across all international branches.
• Establish competitive compensation, performance grading frameworks and KPIs for sales, operations and technology teams.
• Direct international labour compliance, legal standards and regulatory risk management across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• 10+ years of executive HR leadership experience across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
• Proven ability to manage diverse workforce scales, from high‑volume field staff to corporate and tech teams.
• Hands‑on, high‑ownership mindset thriving in fast‑paced, multi‑branch entrepreneurial environments.

Required skills

• Experience with global HR architecture and system integration.
• Expertise in cross‑border talent mobility and labour compliance.
