Group Commercial & Supply Chain Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive commercial growth, supply chain excellence, and market expansion for a well‑established agriculture and FMCG organization in the UAE. The role combines strategic oversight of sales, distribution, procurement and branding to accelerate business performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial, supply chain and go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate growth.
• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing and distribution efficiency.
• Build and strengthen B2B partnerships across retail, hospitality and export channels.
• Lead sales performance, revenue growth initiatives and market expansion plans.
• Align production planning and supply chain operations with market demand to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics and commercial operations while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead branding, marketing and digital engagement strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor commercial performance, profitability, operational KPIs and return on investment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience within agribusiness, FMCG, food production, supply chain or related industries.
• Strong expertise in B2B sales, supply chain management, distribution networks and strategic market expansion.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth and brand positioning.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
