Growth & Launch Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Launch Operator to own the demand engine for Skyler ONE, an AI‑powered sales‑meeting‑prep platform. You will leverage our fleet of AI agents to create and execute marketing, content, positioning and launch campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Skyler ONE launch, including positioning, messaging, campaign strategy and the free‑to‑pro conversion story.
• Build AI‑assisted marketing workflows on top of existing agents for content creation, campaigns, customer education and outbound activities.
• Manage customer‑facing messaging and maintain the marketing website with accurate product claims.
• Design, run and analyze outbound and funnel experiments, distinguishing real signals from vanity metrics.
• Feed market and customer language back into the product development loop.

Required profile

• Proven growth/marketing operator who already uses AI agents to produce high‑volume, high‑quality output; provide concrete examples.
• Full‑funnel experience from top‑of‑funnel positioning to conversion and lifecycle management; comfortable acting as the sole marketer initially.
• Strong writer/editor with an eye for brand tone; able to guide agents and spot generic AI output.
• Experience launching B2B SaaS products, preferably sales‑enablement tools.
• Bonus: experience selling or marketing to sales teams, lifecycle/email, SEO/content systems, paid experimentation, light design.
