Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to own and drive customer acquisition and growth for storage.ae across the UAE. This role focuses on the full growth funnel, turning data into decisions and scaling performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta and other performance channels, managing significant monthly media budgets.
• Develop and test landing page strategies, CRO tactics and conversion funnels to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
• Track and analyze the full marketing funnel metrics such as CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS and retention, building actionable reports.
• Design and execute experimentation roadmaps, testing audiences, creatives, offers and channels.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, creative and product teams to align marketing efforts with customer insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition economics and ability to work with data, analytics and CRM/sales data.
• Experience managing sizable media budgets and delivering profitable customer growth.
